I have been in the real estate business for over a decade. Raised in Calgary, AB, I moved out to Chestermere roughly 20 years ago. I am a Software Engineer by education, and have a background in marketing, graphic design, web design and sales. My education and past experience naturally led me to a career in real estate.
My focus when dealing with any real estate client is putting their needs and experience first and foremost. Every situation is unique. And every client is an individual. I cater an approach to each of my clients that is most likely to satisfy their goals. Whether they are time motivated, money motivated, both, or neither, I work with my clients to come up with appropriate pricing, a marketing plan, search criteria and overall approach to ensure a successful transaction each and every time.
